Financial Controller

Job Description: Finance Controller Location: Noida Reports To: CFO / Managing Director Join us to lead our financial strategy and operations! Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and drive financial strategies to achieve business growth.
• Manage accounting operations, financial statements, audits, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen AR oversight and resolve overdue accounts.
• Enhance cash flow, analyse debtors, make credit policies, improve collections, and reduce debtor days.
• Mentor and lead the accounts team, establishing clear KRAs/KPIs.
• Drive process improvements, streamline ERP systems, and establish SOPs.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.

Qualifications :

• CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
• 5+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record in driving financial success.
• Expertise in ERP systems, advanced Excel, leadership, and communication.
• Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting skills
• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
