Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves Creating your Own Team, generating new leads, managing accounts, delivering sales presentations, and driving sales growth for the company focused on International Market ( Middle East, North America & Europe).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development roles within the IT services industry, with a focus on custom software solutions, staffing, and data analytics.
- Proven experience in staff augmentation and workforce management solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East and European markets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Worked in IT service Company
- Experience is Custom Development Sales
- IT Staffing Sales ( onsite/offsite)
- Previous Exposure to international Sales
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Sales Presentations and Account Management skills
- Experience in sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
