Here's a job posting description based on the key responsibilities you provided: Performance Marketing Manager We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our campaign management efforts and drive ROI-driven growth. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop, execute, and optimize large-scale campaigns across various channels, leveraging data-driven insights to inform your strategies. Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social,
SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI & ROAS. 2. Analyse and optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. 3. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. 4. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualisation dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketingROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness events, and strategic KPIs). 5. Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes. 6. Work with creative, web and client servicing teams to test strategies and innovation. 7. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across a channels. 8. Manage your team and ads team to meet KPI's 9. B2B & B2C lead generation through SEM and SMM ( Linkedin ads and business manager advertising)10. Budget Management: Projecting Leads & Budget. 11. Keyword Research & Analysis for SEM. 12. Create customised reports in Google Analytics. 13. Personal accountability and ownership of work becoming the subject matter expert. 14. Manage internal analytical and auditing tools to track the performance regularly. 15. Analyse new updates and algorithms related to SEO/SEM and make changes in the system accordingly. 16. Identify the requirements for fulfilling the targets of lead generation & RO 17. Track ROAS/ ROI on a daily basis and campaign performance. 18. Good knowledge about optimising AMP pages. 19. Design strategy for Dynamic content and meta tags optimization. 20. Excellent experience & knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Web CEO and other auditing/analysis tools. 21. Good experience working on the latest technologies in the Market (Eg. AMP pages, Schemas, OG tags, Reach Snippets etc.)22. Good understanding and experience of using Schema & Structure data on websites. 23. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 24. Client facing for strategy and problem solving.
