Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in International Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, and NVOCC backgrounds shall only be considered for this role. Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the logistics and international freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data analysis, process improvement, market trends, and strategic planning. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company to help us optimize our operations, improve customer experiences, and drive business performance to new heights. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales & Business Development, operations, CRM, Documentation finance, IT) to gather data and ensure cross-functional alignment for business initiatives.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and actionable insights.
- Conduct market research to understand global supply chain trends, competitor performance, and emerging technologies in the freight forwarding industry.
- Support in the development and execution of business strategies
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Added advantage if you have certification like Google Analytics, Tableau or Power BI and specialization in customer analytics
- Proven experience in identifying business opportunities and driving improvements in operational processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analytics tools.
- Provides expertise in handling and analyzing large datasets using tools like Python, R, and SQL.
