Must haves Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Strong familiarity with drafting RFP responses and developing technical proposals. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Agile. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients. Previous experience in resource optimization and stakeholder management.Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Complete Hands-on experience in handling complete SDLC Process of PM Must have good exposure to Agile Methodologies Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Hands on 4 plus years of experience in Business Analytics PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Roles & Responsibilities Project Management: Analyze and break down complex business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions, identifying key technologies or platforms that align with business goals. Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, budget, and technology, to effectively plan, schedule, and progress initiatives. Manage stakeholder relationships across functional teams and clients to ensure collaborative and beneficial outcomes. Oversee project details, tasks, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Act as a liaison between Engineering and Customer Success teams. Champion Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Develop detailed plans and schedules, controlling project activities towards defined objectives using advanced project management and technical skills. Pre-Sales Support: Draft RFP responses and prepare technical proposals tailored to meet specific RFP guidelines and requirements. Estimate efforts and costs associated with RFPs and other projects, providing detailed and accurate forecasts. Assist the Sales team by providing technical guidance and support for pursued opportunities, enhancing proposal strength and alignment with client needs.
