Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant at Data Actions. The Consultant will be responsible for tasks related to Microsoft Dynamics implementations, customization, and integrations. They will work with clients to analyze business processes, provide consulting services, implementing CRM for Sales team. Qualifications
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Expertise understanding features of Microsoft Dynamic CRM, identifying right features to achieve business usecase and implementing it
- Good understanding of business processes and ability to design and implement those in CRM
- Strong understanding of Sales processes like lead & opportunity management, contact & account management, quotes & contract management, process automation in CRM, reports & dashboards, etc.
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
