Job description Biplob World (BW) is a startup that creates content to educate kids about SUSTAINABILITY and INDIAN HISTORY through engaging and entertaining stories. In the three+ years that we've been around, our flagship character BIPLOB THE BUMBLEBEE has grown to be synonymous with SUSTAINABLE LIVING. After all, like Biplob loves saying, 'Nature always has a solution, we just need to find it!'. We're now working with multiple organisations, creating solutions that help their brands communicate their pro - sustainability messaging, especially to kids in the 2 - 12 age category (and their parents, of course!). If you'd like to be part of this exciting journey by being the fulcrum who drives this business, then this job is for you! We'd love to have you on board if:
- You've got about a decade's experience of concept selling in the media industry, including selling sponsorships for IPs, especially kid - specific ones.
- OR you've worked with the BFSI / FMCG / Pharmaceutical sectors in the marketing function (client / agency role)
- You've got great connects with Brand Managers and marketing professionals
- You've worked on brands that sell to parents and kids
- You've nurutred and managed teams for at least three years
- Pitching BWs IPs to prospective brand partners
- Seeking brand briefs and presenting our bespoke solutions to them
- Nurturing each project from pitching to execution
