The Associate – Talent Operations will be part of the Talent Operations Team and will be responsible for end to end Talent Operations for the India center. Primary Skills - Onboarding, BGV , Exit Formalities, MS Excel Experience: 1 to 1.5 years Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Job Description:
- Responsible for the complete Employee Life Cycle (On- Boarding to Separation).
- Act as a consultant to Managers and Employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Manages employee relations issues and serves as an employee advocate.
- Follow and ensure adherence to relevant internal and legal procedure.
- Design and implement company policies, address employee queries on a timely basis
- Performance Management (Probation Confirmation, PIP, Mid and Yearly review)
- Engagement, Rewards & Recognition
- Labor Law and Statutory Compliances including Audit
- Global HRIS (Workday)
- Additional ( HR Projects, documentation of employee lifecycle HR policies & processes )
