Shuz 4 U Ltd t/a Skechers Ireland is seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Development Executive to lead sales growth and manage client relationships in a dynamic and competitive environment. This role focuses predominantly on expanding Skechers' presence within the workwear footwear market, while also exploring opportunities through fidelity programs and other business channels. The role combines on-site client engagement and remote working, offering a hybrid structure to maximize efficiency and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored solutions that align with Skechers' workwear product offerings. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve long-term business growth within the B2B market, with a specific focus on workwear footwear supply.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales volume and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key clients, leveraging existing networks to expand Skechers' brand within the workwear and related B2B spaces.
- Write and submit tender documents and proposals to secure new contracts and partnerships in the workwear sector.
- Regularly travel to present Skechers' workwear footwear portfolio to potential clients, showcasing product value and aligning offerings with client needs.
- Maximize sales opportunities by promoting Skechers' workwear product lines, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands.
- Deliver engaging product training sessions to clients, driving product adoption and brand loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, particularly in the workwear sector, to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into key performance metrics and market developments.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Established network and relationships within relevant industries, ideally within the Occupational footwear, Workwear or PPE Sector.
- Strong sales acumen across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Experience in preparing and writing tender documents and proposals is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Full, clean Irish driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to manage detailed sales reports.
- Experience in account management and sales forecasting is a plus.
