The after-sales supervisor is responsible for the after-sales work management of the store and for the communication with the Chinese technical staff:
- Must have experience in repairing and installing auto repair equipment and maintainance equipment. For example: car lift machine, wheel alignment machine, tyre changer machine, wheel balancer machine, etc.
- Responsible for the daily management and work arrangement of all after-sales personnel.
- Pre-sales site survey.
- Equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance.
- Responsible for the training and guidance of after-sales personnel.
