My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Sales Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in IT solutions, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of cloud and security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and target potential clients in need of cloud and security solutions.

Develop and execute a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Sales Strategy and Execution

Present and demonstrate the value of cloud and security solutions to prospective clients.

Develop tailored proposals and close high-value deals.

Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Account Management

Transition new clients to account management post-sale.

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Reporting and Analytics

Track and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT sector.

Proven success in selling cloud and/or security solutions.

Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in cloud or security technologies (e.g., Mimecast, Netskope, Fortinet).

Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
