Registered Nurses (Senior / Staff / Enrolled)

Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.). Provide basic wound care (cleaning, dressing, and monitoring wounds). Administer medications safely and document administration accurately. Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and interactions. Counsel patients and their next of kin (NOK) regarding health conditions and treatments. Prepare health reports and identify needs for specialist referrals. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the healthcare team. Job Requirement: Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Nursing Candidates who can do Phlebotomy, Venipuncture, & IV Cannulation are advantageous.
