This is acareer-enhancing opportunityto make an impact in aglobally recognized company Role Overview: Were looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take charge of the finance function on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role will see you lead a team of three and report directly to the CFO, playing a key role in shaping the financial health of the business. Your key responsibilities will include: Oversee financial reporting & compliance with IFRS & GAAP, manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, treasury & audits, prepare & analyse monthly management accounts for strategic insights, drive cash management, including forecasting, banking & reconciliations, ensure adherence to revenue recognition policies & regulations and lead, mentor & develop a high-performing finance team. Your Profile: The ideal candidate will be aQualified Accountant(CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with2+ years in a leadership role. As the Financial Controller, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring that financial reporting is accurate and fully compliant with accounting principles and regulations. You will have a strong understanding ofaccounting principles, IFRS & GAAP compliance,proficiency in Sage or other accounting softwareis an advantage.Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skillsto collaborate effectively across teams.
