Leap29 is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an O&M Manager to oversee Solar & BESS operations across Ireland. This role offers remote work flexibility, with two days per week required in the Dublin office and regular travel to project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
As the O&M Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar power plants. Your primary responsibilities include:- Optimizing energy output
- Managing maintenance teams
- Ensuring seamless system handovers
- Fulfilling service agreements
- Overseeing the overall operation and maintenance of solar plants
- Ensuring plant efficiency and system monitoring for optimal energy output
- Managing subcontractors or in-house teams for electrical and mechanical tasks, inspections, and repairs
- Handling troubleshooting, data analysis, reporting, and system documentation
- Managing warranties and spare parts inventory
- Supervising ground maintenance
- Transitioning newly installed systems to full operational capacity
- Ensuring compliance with existing service and maintenance contracts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Solar PV O&M experience at utility scale
- Relevant qualifications in electrical or engineering disciplines
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Proficient in MS Office software
