Dialysis centre working hours Career advancement opportunity Competitive Remuneration package As a Country Nurse Manager (Dialysis), you will be responsible for the following duties: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the integration project plan on time Manage post-merger clinic strategy plans and execution with Country Management and medical teams Ensure clinic management understands and follows policies, procedures, and guidelines, while mentoring future nurses Collaborate with the healthcare team to design, implement, and measure safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies Increase clinic staff skills through development and implementation of education programs Plan and coordinate effective orientation and in-service programs Ensure clinics deliver smooth clinical care with positive outcomes Submit required documentation to regulatory agencies Oversee audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and nursing practice guidelines Provide coaching and leadership with performance feedback to clinical teams Contribute to strategic direction and development of outcome programs Participate in the operations review process and provide reports with analysis Work with Human Resources on recruitment and performance reviews for clinical roles Adhere to the Code of Conduct for Nurses and relevant ethical guidelines Requirements: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in acute/outpatient care or related facilities Experience in creating project roadmaps and planning Willingness to travel for business as required To apply, simply click on the ‘apply’ button in the job advertisement or alternatively, you can send in your resume via email: Email Address: APPLY@ALLIEDSEARCH.COM.SG We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
