Primarily responsible for managing and maintaining automated equipment at the client site. Here are the job requirements and daily responsibilities: Daily Responsibilities On-Site Equipment Management : Stationed at the client site, responsible for the installation, modification, and daily maintenance of automated equipment. Equipment Inspection and Maintenance : Conduct daily inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly. Data and Status Reporting : Daily tracking and reporting of production data, equipment status, and client requirements. Material Management : Manage tools, spare parts, and materials on-site to ensure adequate supply. Recording and Tracking Abnormalities : Document and follow up on equipment abnormalities until issues are resolved. Job Requirements Non-standard Equipment Maintenance Experience : At least 2 years of experience, with the ability to independently handle equipment maintenance tasks. Electrical Diagram Reading : Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams to perform equipment inspections and troubleshoot issues. Knowledge of Equipment Components : Familiar with the functions and maintenance of components like cylinders, motors, robotic arms, etc. Logical Analysis Skills : Capable of analyzing and diagnosing equipment faults. Communication Skills : Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin as will need to communicate and collaborate effectively with the R&D team in China to resolve on-site issues remotely.
