Job Description:

Job Description My client, a global technology company, is looking for a Data Center Engineer with Electrical expertise. You will be located between the Head Office location in Dublin 4 and the Data Center locations. Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for site equipment health check service and report annually when necessary.
2. Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA, such as software upgrade or update, hardware replacement, troubleshooting and so on.
3. Supervise the quality of on-site maintenance operation.
4. Provide data center facility operation and trainings for customer and partner.
5. Support data center facility project delivery if necessary.

Requirements:

1. BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Good knowledge of the UPS power system working mode and commissioning work.
3. Good knowledge of data center power distribution system.
4. Good understanding of data center facility building requirements or related standard rules.
5. Good understanding of data center electrical schematic diagrams and specifications.
6. Skilled in using AutoCAD software.
7. Have electrical permit for electrical work, safe pass and manual lifting certification.
8. The candidate should have worked in data center energy vendors or be familiar with UPS systems.
9. Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers, resellers, and colleagues on remote support.
