A leading home ware retail Company located in Dammam- KSA is seeking to hire the following:

Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Position Overview: The Social Media Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, is responsible for the ongoing management, growth, and engagement of the Company’s social media presence in alignment with business strategies and overall marketing direction.

Job Description:

  • Manage Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and Company Website
  • Plan and create a monthly Online Marketing Communication strategic calendar for all channels in conjunction with overall marketing activity
  • Plan and execute online Ad Campaigns
  • Manage online artwork and copy content
  • Handle day-to-day operations of Social Media Channels with the Social Media Agency
  • Manage budget for all Online Communication Channels, monthly initiatives, and yearly requirements
  • Provide month-end reporting for all Online Communication Channels
  • Implement Influencer Marketing
  • Oversee Online Customer Service
  • Manage E-newsletter
  • Conduct online research
  • Discover new opportunities for online brand growth
  • Create processes and print vouchers for online initiatives
  • Manage Website Content and liaise with Website Agency
  • Set yearly targets for all Online Communication Channels with the Marketing Manager and develop the action plan to achieve them
  • Enhance Digital Media presence
  • Ensure continuous development of all Online Communication Channels

Additional Job Duties:

  • Manage Weekend Offer
  • Conduct Market Research for Competitors, online and offline, as required
  • Perform Reporting and Data Analysis as delegated by the Marketing Manager, including:
    • Weekly Sales Performance Analysis for all stores
    • Vouchers Distribution Analysis
    • Consumer Insights

Language Requirements:

Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue English - Fluent / Excellent

Additional Requirements:

  • Own a Car: Any
  • Have Driving License: Any

Job Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
  • Very good command of English
