Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective stakeholders to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
  2. Develop plans and attend industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
  3. Present business case studies to evaluate new leads.
  4. Approach new leads and monitor completing the whole cycle.
  5. Support and initiate B2B relations.
  6. Form a strategic vision of where the organization is headed to provide long-term direction.
  7. Set objectives or convert the strategic vision into specific performance outcomes for the company.
  8. Craft a strategy to achieve the desired outcomes.
  9. Implement and execute the chosen strategy efficiently and effectively.
  10. Track and monitor the biller’s transactions.
  11. Conduct business analysis for new billers to find optimal solutions that fit with MadfooatCom services.
  12. Execute and communicate approved IT security processes.
  13. Execute decision-making hierarchy efficiently and effectively.
  14. Commit and adhere to MadfooatCom information security policies and procedures.
  15. Implement information security policies of MadfooatCom in general and of the HR department in particular.
  16. Any task required by the department head.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s in business or related field.
  2. Good command of English.
  3. Experience in CRM Systems.
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. Project management experience.
  6. Business acumen.
