JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager - Infrastructure Design to join our team. As a Project Manager - Infrastructure Design at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design phase of infrastructure projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and innovative design solutions. Manage the design phase of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and industry best practices
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and design parameters
Lead and coordinate design teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants
Review and evaluate design proposals, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements
Monitor design progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement effective mitigation measures
Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry developments

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure design, with a focus on large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of design principles, techniques, and best practices related to infrastructure projects
Proven experience in managing and coordinating design teams
Proficiency in design software and tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are preferred
