We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. Responsibilities will include conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly digital experiences. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices, the ability to solve complex design problems, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions are also crucial. A minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design and a portfolio showcasing relevant work is required. - Develop user-friendly interfaces for digital products based on user research and feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design coherence.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
- Create and maintain design systems and UI kits for efficient design workflow.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for review and feedback.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on data-driven insights and user behavior analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user interface and user experience design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Understanding of usability principles and best practices in interface design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
