We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. Responsibilities will include conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly digital experiences. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices, the ability to solve complex design problems, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions are also crucial. A minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design and a portfolio showcasing relevant work is required. Develop user-friendly interfaces for digital products based on user research and feedback.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design coherence.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
Create and maintain design systems and UI kits for efficient design workflow.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for review and feedback.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Continuously iterate on designs based on data-driven insights and user behavior analysis.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing user interface and user experience design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Understanding of usability principles and best practices in interface design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
