Job Title: Fit-Out Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team to play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of interior and fit-out projects. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventory.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization.
- Proven experience in the interior and fit-out industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
