Job Responsibilities
- Manage all operations issues and ensure regulations and procedures recommended by UAE government and other related authorities are followed in the restaurant.
- Manage training & development, and performance management of restaurant staff.
- Develop strategy focused on improving customer satisfaction and financial growth.
- Implement higher standards of service in all restaurant business operations including dining-in, delivery, and take-away.
- Create long-term relationships with new and regular customers and implement effective customer loyalty programs.
- Ensure timely submission of daily operational expenditure reports, invoices, and other details to Finance Department.
- Prepare reports for the use by top management, internal/external auditors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years experience as Restaurant Manager
