Job details

* Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue payments and resolve outstanding balances. * Negotiate payment plans and early settlements with clients as needed, ensuring that agreements are documented accurately. * Maintain accurate records of payment statuses, account activities, and any client communications within the company’s system. * Collaborate with internal departments, such as billing and customer service, to resolve any discrepancies or billing issues that may hinder collections efforts. * Prepare and present regular reports to management on collections status, outstanding balances, and action plans for high-risk accounts.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in collections, credit control, or a related field (preferably in the real estate or property development sector).
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting or CRM software is preferred.
