Job Title: Sous Chef Job Summary: The Sous Chef assists in menu preparation, oversees kitchen operations, and ensures quality standards. In the absence of the Head Chef , they take full charge of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations.
  2. Maintain team discipline and ensure staff are aware of daily tasks.
  3. Communicate with management on special requests and VIP functions.
  4. Ensure dishes meet recipe, quality, and presentation standards.
  5. Train staff in portion control and kitchen efficiency.
  6. Monitor stock levels, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  7. Minimize waste and operational costs.
Requirements:
  1. Skills: Teamwork, leadership, communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  2. Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar role.
