- Sourcing and identifying technical and operational talent.
- Conducting prescreen interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Coordinating feedback with hiring managers.
- Providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Gathering and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve processes.
- Quality Assurance: QA engineers, AQA engineers.
- Project Delivery: Project Managers, Technical Leads.
- Sales and Business Development: Sales Managers, Business Development Managers.
- Finance and Administration: Financial specialists, administrative roles.
- Accountability and autonomy. You can manage tasks independently and deliver results without constant oversight.
- Strong communication skills. You establish effective relationships with hiring managers and build trust with candidates.
- Long-term candidate relationships. You see candidates as partners, not just transactions.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher). Strong spoken and written communication in English is essential for this role.
- Proactivity. You identify areas for improvement and take action to optimize processes.
