As an HR Officer, you will support our Dubai office by managing day-to-day human resource activities, including HR documentation, immigration, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR documentation for new hires, salary or status changes, benefits, etc.
  • Handle the entire relocation process of new employees - visa arrangements, preparation of contracts, and attend all relocation-related questions.
  • Organize the onboarding process for new employees and provide support to visitors.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in HR projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Support the implementation of performance review systems.
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications of the employees and their dependents for visas, entry permits, and renewals of residence permits.
  • Keep track of immigration cases to guarantee smooth renewals.
  • Organize and oversee the process for all application-related issues (medical examinations, certifications, legalizations, translations, etc.).
  • Support the recruitment process including advertising job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of previous experience dealing with immigration matters would be considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; any other language will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of local HR laws, regulations, and compliance issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
