Job Summary: The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting and selling science and pharmaceutical products within the Dubai market. They are responsible for building strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a deep understanding of the products, market trends, and customer needs in the science and pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new leads and identify potential customers within the assigned territory.
  2. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote science and pharmaceutical products.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  5. Provide accurate product information, answer customer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Achieve sales targets and meet assigned quotas by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the professional network and promote the company's products.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and market trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or business. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the science and pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of science and pharmaceutical products, including their features, benefits, and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with customers. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets within a competitive market. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive to succeed and exceed expectations. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
