Description : The Head of Architectural Section will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning for our high-end projects. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and manage a team of architects while ensuring the highest standards of design excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the architectural design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision.
Develop and implement architectural design strategies aligned with client requirements and project goals.
Oversee the creation of conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and detailed architectural plans.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, municipality requirements and sustainability standards.
Collaborate with other departments (structural, MEP, interior design) to ensure integrated project delivery.
Manage client relationships and present design concepts to stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Stay current with architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
Implement quality control measures to maintain design excellence across all projects.
Contribute to business development efforts and proposal preparations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree will be highly considered) in Architecture Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Professional architecture license (Grade A UPDA – Qatar) and active membership in relevant professional organizations.
Proven track record of designing and delivering high-end, complex projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural styles and project types.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED/GSAS certification processes.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in QATAR and the Gulf region.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
