Job Description

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to guide the project team towards successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating clear communication and collaboration, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities to maximize resource utilization.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project disruptions and ensure continuity.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, changes, and risks, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management software and tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and document project progress.
• Foster a positive team environment by encouraging feedback and continuous improvement, empowering team members to reach their potential.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices, contributing to the organization's knowledge base for future projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Civil Engineering Graduate. Preferably CRPEP A Grade license holder.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification to validate expertise and commitment to the profession.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, showcasing adaptability to various project management frameworks and practices.
• Strong proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Trello, for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complexities and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly in international project settings, to manage diverse teams effectively.
• High emotional intelligence, enabling effective management of team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
