Job Description

  1. Assist with the day to day administration and coordination of all activities within the Talent & Culture Department.
  2. Assisting with coordinating employee engagement activities.
  3. Supporting the talent acquisition strategy, maintaining efficient trackers and reporting.
  4. Assist in attracting, recruiting and retaining talent.
  5. Manage T&C administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files.
  6. Collaborate with T&C in managing workers compensation claims.
  7. Ensure that the T&C systems have accurate & timely data.
  8. Assist and coordinate T&C projects, initiatives and events.
  9. Coordinate the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of T&C administration processes.
  10. Assist with the employee on-boarding & off-boarding process.
  11. Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives.
  12. Carry out any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Enthusiastic, driven and brings positive energy – you love to make things happen!
  2. Completed or currently studying Human Resources or a related qualification.
  3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Experience in a generalist Human Resources or hotel operation would be preferred.
  5. A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships across levels.
