Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at SMS Realty in Dubai . The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent in the real estate industry. Day-to-day tasks include candidate screening, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and promoting a positive candidate experience. Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years Real Estate Experience
Female applicant (preferred)
Recruitment, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition skills
Experience in conducting interviews and candidate assessment
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
