Corporate Sales Manager Travel and Tourism

Arab Link Travel & Tourism is a destination management company (DMC) founded in 1994 in Dubai. We specialize in comprehensive travel solutions for business and leisure clients. We offer:

Travel and tourism services for corporate and government
B2B online worldwide reservations
Meet & Assist services
Excursions and sightseeing tours
Meeting, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions (MICE)

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to join our inclusive, diverse and dynamic workforce. Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or travel business
Specialization must be in corporate travel (not travel agencies)
With good relationships with the government, pharmaceutical companies, training companies, and other organizations that have a demand for corporate travel
With strong sales skills
With a strong command of the English language, Arabic is an advantage
Can travel without restrictions
Energetic, focused and goal-oriented
Generating revenue for the company by getting new leads and converting them into deals
Conducting sales calls by visiting customers at their premises to generate business
Assisting and advising in setting business goals, budgets, strategies, and tactics (action plan) to meet those goals; Updating action plans and sales objectives periodically.
Penetrating existing markets to generate more sales, identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
Representing the company to customers and other external sources, and attending various meetings, exhibitions or events.
Coordinating with other departments on operational aspects of business, such as with the Revenue or Contracting Department for rates negotiation and targeted revenues, and with the Reservation Department regarding potential bookings
Monitor customer preferences and emerging trends to determine the focus of sales efforts.
