Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
- Identify and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and develop business cases to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and test cases
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to design and execute test cases to validate the functionality and usability of software solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in requirement elicitation and documentation techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience with process modeling and workflow analysis
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
