E-learning Developer (Qatar Government Project) Location: Qatar Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive eLearning courses, quizzes, and assessments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create digital learning content
- Manage eLearning platforms and tools
- Ensure compliance with instructional design standards
- Track learner engagement and update materials as needed
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in eLearning content development
- Skills:
- Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate
- Strong instructional design skills
- Ability to create engaging, interactive digital learning content
- Project management & communication skills
