Coordinator Wanted! We are looking for a responsible, multitasking individual with strong communication and leadership skills, based in Dubai for at least 3-4 years. No film production experience? No problem, we're happy to teach you the process! Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Production Companies/Filmmakers and property owners.
- Reach out to new locations based on client requests.
- Assist with the booking process and payments.
- Film Permit assistance (training will be provided).
- Create and maintain structured schedules for host visits.
- Occasionally visit locations throughout the week.
- Mon to Sat: 9 AM - 9 PM (remote, over the phone)
- Mon/Wed/Fri: 9 AM - 6 PM (At the office, located at D3)
