Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design coordination and implementation of dry utilities for infrastructure projects.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of dry utilities works.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Represent EGIS in project meetings, technical discussions, and new project interviews.
- Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for dry utilities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and codes of practice related to dry utilities infrastructure.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff, helping to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to resolve issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids for new projects, including technical and commercial aspects.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the dry utilities and infrastructure field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; a master's degree is a plus.
