Associate - Dry Utilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design coordination and implementation of dry utilities for infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of dry utilities works.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Represent EGIS in project meetings, technical discussions, and new project interviews.
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for dry utilities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and codes of practice related to dry utilities infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff, helping to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids for new projects, including technical and commercial aspects.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the dry utilities and infrastructure field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; a master's degree is a plus.
