Your Key Responsibilities As Head of Sales, you will: Lead and Inspire: Build and lead a national team of talented sales professionals, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Provide Strategy: Shape and execute the sales and distribution strategy aligned with our ambitious growth goals. Drive Results: Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximising outcomes. Enhance Capability: Develop and coach team members to reach their full potential, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional results. Collaborate at the Top: Partner with the CEO and Senior Management Team (SMT) to influence high-level strategic decisions. Optimise Operations: Align operational processes and resources across all sales channels to achieve maximum efficiency. Deliver Insights: Provide actionable business intelligence and sales performance reporting to inform decision-making. Foster Relationships: Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with distribution networks and stakeholders. Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets and financial activities to optimise operational efficiency. About You To excel in this role, you will need: Proven success leading and scaling sales teams in financial services. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. A data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making. Demonstrated experience achieving sales growth and fostering high-performance teams.
