About the company: This company is a leading Clinical Research Organization providing a wide range of bioanalytical solutions to Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Healthcare Organizations. Located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne , this organization is currently undergoing substantial growth. Permanent role Attractive Salary ASAP Start About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead who is responsible for pre-project planning, laboratory-based work, data analysis and reporting, overall project leadership and client communication. Duties may include but are not limited to: Develop detailed project plans for assigned projects. Provide technical support to junior analysts performing PBMC isolation. Act as the primary scientific liaison for assigned company clients. Manage operational aspects in the laboratory. Support bioanalytical laboratory team members to achieve their best performance. Sign off and record training as per the QMS. Mentor junior staff members in their area of expertise. About you: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, immunology, cellular/molecular biology, or other related area is required. Master’s degree or Ph D is preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of industry experience working in a highly regulated environment following ISO 17025, GLP, NATA or similar is required. Demonstrated experience in PBMC isolation within industry is required. Previous leadership experience is desirable. Experience in Sepmate is advantageous. Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management, planning and organizational skills. Methodological, thorough and good attention to detail.
