Opportunity to: Join a leading professional M&A advisory team Be involved in interesting, complex and challenging projects Provide support on M&A projects for businesses in the $3 M-$100 M+ value range DMA provides comprehensive training and mentoring to help you become a key team member on transactions, including processing and analysis of client financials, assistance with preliminary pricing strategies, assisting with due diligence processes and data room management, and other ad-hoc analysis work. What you will be doing Preparation of comprehensive client financial analysis including: Detailed P&L analysis Working Capital analysis Earnings multiple pricing analysis & strategy Offer analysis Liaise with clients & other professionals in M&A transactions Facilitate and manage data rooms for due diligence Required Be a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to become an integral part of a diverse and social team Be on the path to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Share Point, Outlook and related applications Strive to continuously improve knowledge through ongoing professional development Be confident in interacting with clients and other professionals in meetings, phone calls, and via email with support from team members Have some experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in an accounting/finance role Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry Preferred Qualified or partially qualified within a business-related discipline – preferably accounting Prefer CA/CPA or in progress Ability to interpret financial statements How To Apply If you think you’re up to the challenge and want to explore this outstanding opportunity, please email your resume and cover letter addressing your experience against the key requirements listed above to A key aspect in shortlisting for this role will be determining how well applicants follow instructions for application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
