Aperçu du poste Le recruteur doit gérer tous les aspects du recrutement pour le Canada et les États-Unis : recherche de candidats, entrevues, vérification des références et coordination et soutien à l’égard des efforts de recrutement pour nos clients internes. Il doit également s’assurer que tous les mandats sont terminés à temps et à la satisfaction de ces clients. Enfin, il doit établir et entretenir de bonnes relations de travail avec tous les services de l’entreprise, en coordonnant les efforts internes et externes de façon à répondre aux besoins des clients. Responsabilités Rechercher des candidats de qualité supérieure en utilisant diverses ressources internes et externes. Rechercher des chercheurs d’emploi passifs de haut niveau par le réseautage. Assurer la liaison avec des agences de recrutement afin de chercher des candidats potentiels. Sélectionner et évaluer des candidats par l’entremise d’une présélection téléphonique et d’entrevues (évaluer leurs compétences, leurs connaissances et leur expérience afin de déterminer s’ils répondent aux exigences de l’emploi).

  • Conclure l’embauche des candidats sĂ©lectionnĂ©s et leur prĂ©senter les offres d’emploi.
  • GĂ©rer toutes les mises Ă  jour de la documentation et du système nĂ©cessaires tout au long du processus de recrutement, y compris l’affichage et la correction d’épreuves liĂ©s aux descriptions de poste.
  • Veiller Ă  ce que tous les mandats de recrutement soient remplis en temps opportun tout en respectant les lois, les règles et les règlements applicables de l’État et des provinces en matière de protection des renseignements personnels.
  • Communiquer les demandes, les exigences et les engagements de façon claire et concise aux membres de l’équipe.
  • Encadrer et appuyer les gestionnaires recruteurs tout au long du processus d’embauche (nĂ©gociations et offre verbale).
  • Participer Ă  des salons de l’emploi universitaires et collĂ©giaux et Ă  des Ă©vĂ©nements semblables.
  • Produire des rapports et des statistiques.
  • Participer Ă  des projets spĂ©ciaux.
Titres, qualités et expérience
  • DiplĂ´me universitaire (une spĂ©cialisation en ressources humaines constitue un atout)
  • CapacitĂ© avĂ©rĂ©e Ă  repĂ©rer et Ă  attirer les meilleurs talents
  • Au moins huit ans d’expĂ©rience du recrutement, dans un environnement dynamique et rapide
  • Connaissance de divers outils de recrutement efficaces, y compris LinkedIn
  • Bonne comprĂ©hension des lois en matière de recrutement
  • MaĂ®trise de MS Office
  • Bilinguisme (anglais et français)
_______________________________________________________________________________ About the role: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the management of all aspects of recruiting for both the Canadian and US operations: sourcing, interviewing, reference verification as well as coordinating and supporting the recruitment efforts for our internal customers. The Recruiter ensures that all mandates are completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of those customers. The Recruiter must institute and maintain a strong working relationship with all departments within the organization by coordinating both internal/external efforts to satisfy customer needs. How you will make an impact:
  • Sourcing quality candidates using a variety of internal and external resources.
  • Headhunting quality passive job seekers through networking.
  • Interfacing with recruiting agencies to source potential candidates.
  • Candidate selection and assessment through initial telephone screenings and interviewing (evaluation of skills, knowledge, and experience: relating to job requirements).
  • Closing the selected candidates and extending the offers of employment.
  • Handling all documentation and system updates required throughout the recruiting process including posting and proofreading job descriptions
  • Ensures all recruitment mandates are filled in a timely manner while adhering to all applicable state and provincial laws, rules, and personal data privacy regulations
  • Communicates all requests/requirements/ commitments clearly and concisely to the team.
  • Coaching and supporting hiring managers through the hiring process (negotiations and verbal offer).
  • Attend university and college career fairs and similar events
  • Generating reports, statistics.
  • Special projects.
We're looking for someone with:
  • University degree (HR focus is an asset)
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting top talent.
  • Previous experience in recruiting within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of various effective recruiting tools, including Linked In
  • Solid understanding of legislation pertaining to recruitment.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Bilingual (English & French).
