Director of Collections & Customer Operations Location: Australia Department: Operations Excellence Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Remote Job Responsibilities As the Director of Collections & Customer Operations, you will be responsible for managing and scaling omnichannel customer contact operations, including: Debt collections Email, SMS, live chat, and voice communications (both inbound and outbound) Workforce planning for onshore and offshore teams Using data and analytics tools to create custom reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements Leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness Minimum Requirements To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: Full working rights in Australia Experience in debt collections Experience managing and scaling customer contact operations Familiarity with workforce planning for both onshore and offshore teams Comfortable using data and analytics tools Proven track record of leveraging technology to improve operations Additional Information By applying, you consent to being contacted by In Debted regarding future job opportunities for up to 1 year.
