We are looking for our local Lead Partner / Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our Healthcare Recruitment activities in your allocated province in Canada . This role combines: healthcare, purpose, connection, entrepreneurship, partnership, start-up, company ownership , and the possibility to exit with up to CAD $2M (two million) after seven years. In-house training provided, extensive support, and in-house technology to make your work life easier and interesting. It is the baby of seven years of "lab work," involving 60+ people , including recognized recruitment experts, engineers, developers, consultants, and coaches… We are part of CloserWorld , a larger global enterprise whose ultimate purpose is to create a closer world—one that brings individuals, people, animals, and the planet into greater harmony ( We aspire to become change leaders in our healthcare sectors, impacting how healthcare work is delivered —for the benefit of organizations, professionals, and patients . COMPENSATION: In addition to your basic salary , you will receive monthly commissions as well as regular dividends from your shares . A percentage of shares will be given to you each time your business unit reaches a defined threshold (which we believe is very realistic, given our existing sales figures and the extensive support you will receive). As a partner and shareholder , your compensation will include:
- Basic salary (please expect minimum wage at the start)
- 20% commission on all your billings
- Dividends from your shares (% of your Business Unit profits)
- Year 1: $150,000 / year
- Year 2: $240,000 / year
- Year 3: $420,000 / year
- Year 7: Up to $695,000 / year + up to CAD $2M exit lump sum

- Helping a foreign-trained healthcare professional navigate the complexities of their licensing in Canada and placing them in a great organization. You would have prevented a very stressful period for them, and they can now support their immediate family with stability while also helping their extended family abroad.
- Preventing staff burnout by placing professionals in supportive environments or advising healthcare organizations on how to implement these environments.
- Finding someone a role closer to home, allowing them to spend an extra two hours per day with their family.
- Provide expert recruitment consulting services and successfully place healthcare professionals to help organizations serve their communities and improve healthcare workers' lives.
- Utilize your soft skills to solve complex interpersonal situations (we will also provide in-house Soft Skills training).
- Become an expert: You will specialize in your healthcare niche , acquiring extensive knowledge in healthcare, recruitment, human resources, immigration law, contracts, accounting, real estate , etc.
- Scale-up: With the close support of our group, you will expand the recruitment services we have already successfully launched in Canada .
- Lead: You will lead your local team to achieve these goals.
- The Founder and Advisors: Providing strategic guidance and support.
- Closer Recruitment Americas Management Team: Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Chief Technology Officer.
- Peer Partners: Sharing best practices with partners from our other business units in North America.
