Then show us what you’re made of! Our team is looking for an Enterprise Application Support Analyst to fill a permanent full-time position at our Toronto office . In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing top-quality internal technical support for enterprise applications, using a centralized incident management platform. Your mission: Enterprise application support and documentation:
  • Provide technical support to internal users and share your expertise regarding applications such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, ADaxes, M-Files and Hubshare, as well as any other current and future in-house application solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents that arise in enterprise applications, responding quickly and effectively to users
  • Work closely with IT and development teams, as well as with solution providers, to optimize application performance and integration into work processes
  • Act as a liaison between Normandin Beaudry’s internal teams and external partners for any activity related to your expertise
  • Ensure that related documents are updated and conserved
Application development and enhancement:
  • Take part in implementing new functionalities and improving existing applications based on user feedback and the firm’s evolving needs
  • Develop process and/or system interfaces using turnkey tools and minimal programming (low code/no code)
  • Contribute to drafting technical and functional specifications for upgrades and the deployment of new solutions
  • Ensure the quality and security of developments by adhering to programming best practices and industry standards
Project management, training and collaboration:
  • Work on projects to implement new solutions or upgrade existing systems, ensuring smooth communication with all involved
  • Play an active role in meetings and on technical committees to share best practices and continuously improve processes related to enterprise applications
  • Give training and provide support documents to users in the aim of ensuring optimal and efficient use of solutions and applications
Technology watch and continuing education:
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and technology developments related to enterprise applications in order to propose innovative, high-performance solutions
  • Enrol in training and obtain relevant certifications to stay up to date on technology and best practices in the field
Qualifications sought:
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications such as M-Files, SharePoint, SAP ByDesign, Hubshare, ADaxes and the Microsoft Power Platform family (an asset)
  • Considerable experience in enterprise application support and lightweight development
  • Top-quality professional approach to customer service for in-house teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Knowledge of basic project management and business analysis concepts
  • Knowledge of current programming principles and development tools
