Accountability for the overall status and delivery of the release, supported by Release Train Engineers and Delivery Leads. Ensuring that Release level Definition of Done provides the assurance that teams comply with relevant design and build standards. Coordinating planning for production deployments in collaboration with external change and internal stakeholders. Forward planning production deployments and creating and maintaining a deployment schedule that outlines the high-level milestones forecasting what is to be delivered and when.
