Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance Industry) Location: Fully Remote (must live in the GTA) Our client, a Toronto-based company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Why Join our client?

Working Hours
  • Must be flexible to work: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • One Saturday shift per month: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Your Responsibilities
  • Responding to phone inquiries from members and providers
  • Managing various administrative requests from clients
  • Resolving issues following internal guidelines
  • Assisting clients with policy changes
  • Setting up and updating client accounts
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry (strong asset)
