Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance Industry) Location: Fully Remote (must live in the GTA) Our client, a Toronto-based company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Why Join our client?

- Must be flexible to work: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- One Saturday shift per month: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Responding to phone inquiries from members and providers
- Managing various administrative requests from clients
- Resolving issues following internal guidelines
- Assisting clients with policy changes
- Setting up and updating client accounts
- Performing other administrative duties as required
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- College Diploma or University Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (strong asset)
