Job Description As a Service Coordinator, you will be a true 'all-rounder' within the village, providing service to residents and responding to any incidents & queries. You will work across the entire community completing different tasks to ensure the operational needs of the village are met. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and coverage to our cafe & kitchen staff to ensure a smooth lunch and/or dinner service
- Providing general admin and concierge services to residents and assisting with any resident requests
- Being the first responder to any village issues that arise, including emergency calls, safety & security issues and providing first aid where needed
- Coordinating fun, social and inclusive activities for the residents
- Completing general domestic cleaning of apartments or common areas
- Being flexible with rostering and shift arrangements as we staff our communities 24 hours a day
