- Manage end-to-end loan origination projects for retail and commercial banking, ensuring solutions meet credit union needs and business objectives.
- Oversee system implementations and integrations, including ProLender, core banking systems, and third-party solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Canada to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for both retail and commercial banking projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations, including AML, CRA forms, and other industry-specific standards.
- Address production issues, coordinate enhancements, and ensure post-go-live support.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices.
- At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Loan Origination projects for credit unions or financial institutions.
- Hands-on experience managing retail and commercial banking projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience with tools like MS Project, Devops.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
