Director, FX & Interest Rate Derivatives, Sales Location: [Toronto] About Us: Join Desjardins' Capital Markets team, where we provide innovative FX and Interest Rate Derivative Risk Management strategies to our Corporate (Corporate, Infrastructure, and Institutional) & Commercial clients (National Accounts and Commercial). We are committed to delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service to our clients. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Client Engagement: Maintain direct contact with a portfolio of customers, delivering expert advice on hedging requirements and offering tailored FX & Interest Rate Derivatives solutions. Product Expertise: Develop and execute risk management strategies, ensuring seamless execution at competitive pricing through strong partnerships with FX and IRD trading desks. Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial banking relationship managers and other business lines to leverage cross-sell opportunities. Market Analysis: Regularly participate in calls with Relationship Managers to analyze clients' hedging needs and identify growth opportunities aligned with the firm's strategic priorities. Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and issues by reviewing periodicals, attending seminars, and meeting with industry leaders. What We Offer:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial markets (other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered)
- Expertise in foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, and related markets
- Proven experience in managing FX and Interest Rate Derivative risks
- Strong customer management skills, with a focus on providing personalized solutions to corporate and institutional clients
- Advanced knowledge of foreign exchange and derivative instruments, regulatory environments, and risk management frameworks in Canada and globally
- Excellent communication skills, results-driven, and interpersonal savvy
- Knowledge of French is an asset
