What You’ll Do As our Senior Sales Manager , you will:
- Shape the Future : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets and grow market share.
- Drive Revenue Growth : Target mid- to large-scale firms across mining, refining, banking and logistics verticals.
- Build Relationships : Cultivate strong connections with existing and potential customers, including C-level executives.
- Be the Face of aXedras : Represent us at industry conferences, deliver compelling client presentations, and promote our solutions.
- Identify Opportunities : Explore new use cases, business opportunities, and customer needs to maximize adoption.
- Collaborate Globally : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to align on customer feedback and drive innovation.
- Leverage Tools : Maintain and report sales pipeline and forecasts using tools like Pipedrive.
- Proven Experience : Minimum 5 years in B2B sales of SaaS technology solutions with a track record of acquiring new business and driving growth.
- Consultative Expertise : Skilled in solution-based selling, negotiation, and understanding customer challenges.
- Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Cross-Functional Mindset : Experience working in globally distributed teams.
- Self-Motivation : Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual Edge : Native-level English and negotiation-level Spanish preferred.
